The only way to tell is to road test it and see if the Temp gets to high,
You will know, because they do boil with a knacked head gasket and/or cracked head.

Only way to tell the heads bad is to drive it? Lol. Could have air trapped in the system , a cracked viscous hub like they're renowned for and the fans not pulling properly, bad water pump or a bad radiator.

If that worried Teekay test it , leak down or comp test it.
