VL brake upgrade to VT

hello new to the group.
i have worked in a brake shop before.
not saying anyone is wrong. but if you done a master and left the stock brakes you would be pushing a bigger volume of fluid to the calipers there for less effort would make the calipers work harder ?

VZ Crewman, VZ Cross 8, & ya mum.
I did the VT brake thing on my VP and was less than impressed with the result. The advice I had at the time was to use VE callipers and rotors and I should have listened.

Larger volume of fluid = more effort, less travel. Lesser volume of fluid = less effort, more travel.

Calipers don’t work harder. You just need different pedal input to achieve the same braking.
