vl digital clock keeps resetting when the car is turned off

hey guys,

everytime i turn off and start my vl, the digital clock on the cluster always resets itself to 1:00 o clock.

any ideas on how to keep the time that i set?

not receiving power with the key off?
somebody messed with the wiring?

It's a vl concerted to turbo so not sure what's happened with the wiring. Where should I start to get if it's still getting power ?

make sure u have battery power to the dash then make sure it gets to the clock contacts encase its a dash issue
