VL ECU code 14

hey all

im getting a code 14 from my vl which apparently means the vehicle speed sensor is stuffed... does this mean my speedo is getting incorrect readings? or is it something else... i doubt the speedo is wrong, im in victoria so if im over the speed limit for more than 5 secs i should have a speeding fine or 2 already

Did you operate your vehicle over the 10 or 20 km/h. If you do the test and don't move your car that fault will come up every time.

haha no worries mate, the thread in here somewhere tells you exactly what you have to do, you have to go through your gears, go over a certain speed, switch through your aircon etc. Not sure what else there is.
