Hi,

I've got a VL that was bought as a roller and it's missing some of the engine bay wiring. I'm hoping someone might be able to help me out with some info on what I'm missing. Photos and a wiring diagram would be helpful. I have some wiring diagrams but I haven't got this detail.

Photo 1 - Two plugs near battery. The 8 pin plug with the red wires looks like it could go to a set of fuseable links before connecting to the battery.

Photo 2 - The four plugs behind booster. Possible wires for starter, alternator, oil pressure and temp?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Greg

Thanks. Do you have any photos or wiring diagram with the plug detail?

Vl 's do have some spare plugs eg auto to manual trans. some spares for extra's etc cruise control and turbo's, early models can have extra relays.

I've done a lot of googling but haven't found the info on these plugs or in wiring diagrams.

I'm not using the factory engine harness as using Haltech efi. So just need the important ones e.g. oil light, alt, starter, engine temp for gauge and also how that main power plug going to fuse box connects in. With a wiring diagram and plug detail I can build up what I need to get it sorted.

Hopefully some can assist with a diagram.
