Hi guys my walkie hasn't been started for a while and I noticed some decayed fuel lines on the ground under the tank what are they?

Could be part of the breather system.

Impossible to say without you bending down and having a look to see. They're up inside the RH guard by the filler neck. There's a plate you can remove to access them. Likely that it is them, mine perished back in 2005.

Wont be much to see in the boot, it's all under the car.

Depending which hoses are perished or how thoroughly you want to do the job. Only the smaller hoses were perished on mine but i took the opportunity to drop the tank, clean it and give it a respray. And there are 2 lines that run to the top of the tank aswell. Dropping the tank is 4 bolts and some hose clamps.

thanks yeah ill drop the tank and do what's needed cheers can you still buy the genuine hoses.
