Hey guys,
I replaced the dash in my vl today, it went from digital clock to analogue, so having 2 different illumination inputs (1 for digital lights, 1 for analogue) I switched them around, and had illumination on my dash,
I went to go for a drive earlier, to find I have no headlights, or high beams, so I ran a test light to the input into my HID headlight power converter box thing, and no power whatsoever on the body side of the plug, there isn't even power getting to the fuse box, to clarify high and low beam fuses are 1 and 2 in the panel?
Is there a chance the dash melted a wire somewhere else in the line? If that was the case wouldn't it of blown the illumination globes?
Anyway let me know what you guys think,
Thanks
