Hi i have a vl v8 1988 auto. Car sounds and goes great no rust needs a paint job its been out of rego for about 3years and in the garage ever since. Just wondering if anyone has a ruff idea what its worth im not after much just have no idea what to put on it.

Chuck $1500 on it because it's a V8. For a 6 you'd be asking $500-$1000 max.

A lot of stuffs pretty equal in comparison just vls have gone through the roof in the last three years. 2k gets you a rusty auto 30 lol.

That's why i said $1500.

It's been sitting for 3 plus years so will need a few thousand spent on it mechanically to get it back to a roadworthy state. Tyres, brakes, leaks etc.
It also needs a complete respray. The car isnt close to being ready to drive, it's a project somebody would have to undertake. Just because it's a factory V8 doesnt make it thousands more than what is logical to pay for a vehicle in that condition.
