Why are you getting rid of the BOV? do you like compressor surge, that is the fastest way to kill your turbo... at least plumb it back in if it is venting to the atmosphere.. keep the IC too.
If it has been forged then up the turbo to a T70 or similar size and tune - this will tell you if you need to do anything to the fueling side.... you will eat 200kw.
