I'm about to get my VP Calais resprayed soon, and I'm trying to source all the badges new for it at the moment. One of the badges I can't get or find is the bonnet badge. So I was wondering what does everybody think of getting a VL/VN Calais bonnet badge and using that? As there's plenty that are new for a good price. Would it look stupid on a VP?
Also anyone know where I can get a VP-VS Calais boot lid badge new? Can't seem to find them and rare spares don't make them new anymore (don't know why)

the VN badge is part of the grill, the VL is the old style holden badge, not the round black background style one and putting the calais would be different, not sure how it would look. I'd probably leave it bare before putting one of those on. The VR/VS are more like the VP aren't they?

Maybe leave the boot badge off, looks a lot cleaner.

The VR bonnet badge is similar to VP but it has a different part number I think the badge is slightly less curved than the VP one.
Didn't the VN Calais have the same bonnet badge as the VL? In the same location on the bonnet?

IMO get the proper badges mate, they pop up on eBay regularly from various sellers. For the amount of coin spent on a proper respray I would definitely be fitting the genuine badges, not VL or VN - because it's a VP Calais..
