VL vs VN air conditioning system

VL Berlina 3.0l
Can anyone advise if the air conditioning parts out of a VN are the sasme as out of a VL (apart from the dash of course). If not, what is different. Thanx

not quite the vn runs an accumulator/receiver dryer where the VL has just the dryer, you can change this but you have to change the orifice,eg tx valve/fixed orifice , not sure which one the vl has but i know the vn has a fixed orifice which plays a big part in the cooling procedure. hope that is some sort of help for you

VL twin turbo. VN5L. old jeep, **** mondeo.
better off sticking to the vn, later model and chances are that irts a better unit
