how u go with setting the temp for them to turn on?

probe in the top radiator hose runs to the thermal switch then ignition and relays, set at 70 degrees then comes on.

does any one know if you can get any thing stronger than a hose clamp for a fuel line?
the return line keeps loosening the clamps i put on, must be some thing out there?.

also do any peeps know where to get fire extinguishers filled?

depends on extinguisher.. try your local fire brigade they may point u in the right direction. the extinguishers at work are checked/tested and sometimes filled by a company called firepak.. or go to bunnings and get another one for $20.

as for ur clamp situation.. a normal new clamp does the trick... does the line still have the ridge on the pipe to stop the hoses slipping off?

and yeah the pipe has the lip i have used new clamps and the seem to get loose,i was thinking of getting something similar to an injector clamp?

r u using a good brand clamp and not a no-name,, thats weird its loosening as u say,,, does it cop a lot of vibration where it sits.. try a bit of loctite on the worm gear might just be enough to lock it but easy for u to "Crack" and undo when u need too.
