Have you tried displaying your error codes? Post up any results.

Did you replace the low pressure fuel pump, or the high pressure pump or both? From you description, I would have almost put money on ignition coil failure being the problem. Did you replace it with a new OEM item or a used item?

I have done both high pressure and low pressure, also put ecu into diagnostic mode and came up with 12 (witch is no fault codes) also a brand new oem coil.

Pull a plug, crank it, does it spark?
Pull an injector, crank it, does it squirt?
IAC working? Throttle stop adjusted correctly?

That's air, fuel and spark.
Let us know.

And if those 3 are OK check the compression- especially after a rebuild.

I have pulled a spark plug getting spark, have pulled an injector and is spraying, replaced iac with one off a running car, checked compression. All is good there.

Then it must be sparking at the wrong time. Have you had the dizzy out? May be 180 deg out
