VN 5.0l to VP SS wiring dilemma

Hi guys, Im putting the 5.0litre from my VN Berlina into my VP SS and Im just wondering if I need to swap the whole wiring loom over or can I just plug the ECU straight in?

Any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated.
