VN Air Con fan problem

Hi guys,

Just been driving my vn in the winter, and all of a sudden the fan has stopped altogether for the heater. I have checked relays, fuses and all sem fine.

Im sure i have seen this discussed before, does anyone know what this is? Is there anyway i can bypass something to see if it is a certain part?

If the fan only doesn't works on speed 1 and 2, but runs on 3 and 4; it's the fan resistor. Very common fault for the 2nd generation models.

The fan does not run at all, and i s a 1988 model (1st generation model). Does anyone know where the earth for the fan is?

Or any other ideas?
