hi, i was just wondering if i could get a VP calais dash and if it would work in my VN calais, i don't think a VR one would work, because i've looked at mum and dad's Statesman, and some of the lights are different. Has anyone done it, or does anyone know if it works. Thanks. Wazza.
VR - VS Will NOT Work It will fry either the dash or the car. As for VN-VP They are interchangable but may need some connectors moved around in your loom to get it to work
VP calais dash will work, just move some of the wires on the connector, as said above. You will have to change the wiring order on all three connectors behind the dash. Also your headlight reminder (that there on, when car is off) will not be there, as in a VP it's controlled by the BCM. Also VP Berlina LX dashes will work, as thats what i currently have in my car.
