VN centre rear lap belt to lap sash

Just wondering whether the VN sedan rear centre lap belt can be changed to a lap sash. Has anyone done this? Can it be done? Where would it mount at its upper point.. could the reel be hidden under the parcel shelf? I know there are baby seat anchors up there so it must be ok structurally.
What's the consensus? Thanks heaps

I'd suggest you would need to speak to a structural engineer/vehicle certification as it is a major safety item.

Baby seat anchor is a bit different load wise to a full adult seat belt.

Did VR/VS have centre lap sach belts? If so check one of those out to see how it was done.
