vn cluster wire (v6)

    does anyone know which wire colour goes from the ecu to the speedo? or is there another way that the speedo is controled why i ask

    im having problems and it doesnt work it only works sumtimes so i think a wire is loose

    speed sensor > cluster > ECU

    next time the speedo doesnt work, give the dash a bit of a hit. if it works after hitting it then you have dry solder joints in the cluster.

    btw,
    speed sensor > cluster = violet/white tracer
    cluster > ECU = brown/yellow tracer

    oh forgot to mention its not the clusters problem. coz ive tryed another one that i use to use and that doesnt work now either, well i guess its one of da wires that go to the ecu or has to be da speed sensor
