Vn Converting To RB30 Turbo

Sorry for being off-top but just wondering, how much is a engineering certificate, if I turbo my car I want to make sure its certificated Also, would I have to get an emissions test or is this just for cars with different engines? Sorry again for pushing off-topic.

depends one how many items you have done, if it's just a straight up bolt on turbo with the standard computer its no emmissions test, and should be under 3-400 bucks for the engeneers.
More items = more money. after market computer is emissions test which is free.
