they will be the same as VP,VR,VS.
they are all the same in using the L34 valves (1.94' intake, 1.6" exhaust).
except the Vn Group A that had "D" shaped exhausts ports and a thicker dec.
Also the Vl walkinshaw was a different castng altogether.

400 sounds about right. depending on the valve lift

they are more then 110cfm at the intakes and more then 70 on the exhausts. by how much i don't know.
the red, blue & early black heads are 90cfm at the intake and 68 at the exhaust.

stock standard the VN style heads flow more that 400hp i believe. they are some of the best heads around from the factory even better than most of the stock chevy small block heads unless you go to aftermarket heads etc. most chevy small block heads uptill the the gen III used the siamesed center exhaust port design. Holden went away from this design with the VN series heads and it's a good product. fit the bigger 2.02 intake valves with a descent port and polish job and there killer heads

The heads flow well over 400hp, its more around the 450 mark, and the vr,vs heads are slightly different aswell and flow a little bit more.!!!!

Dear admin's
Assuming the above info is still deemed to be correct, is it possible to sticky this to the top of the V8 development section?
It is good info that I have referenced a few times.

And to add to the above info, here is the come590 info

The Stock numbers are at 25" most people use 28" and also we sort of need to know what bench too.

When I pull my standard set I'll get them sand blasted and flowed then I'll post them in here if it's stickied.
I'll get them flowed on a Super Flow 600 at 28".

Found this on another site:
CFM @ 25" x 1.058 = 28"

Therefore
Inlet cfm at 25 inches

.1 77 = 81
.2 123 = 130
.3 163 = 172
.4 182 = 193
.5 187 = 198
.6 188 = 199

Exhaust cfm

.1 60 = 63
.2 101 = 107
.3 129 = 136
.4 142 = 150
.5 147 = 156
.6 150 = 159

All rounded to the nearest whole number.
