car already has an ecu, thats what the powerchip plugs into, im assuming you purchased an aftermarket ecu system.

but good luck mate, after greenfoams little stint with his free memcals, lots of people are trying to make their own or getting greenfoam to do one still.

$120 is a good price, im sure someone will snatch it up.

not hard to install at all its just a direct plug in to your existing ecu which is located on the left panel under the glove box next to passenger's foot. This chip corrects itself to suit any modifications you do to the car and usually takes a week to two weeks to correct its parameters for your car after you add on mods to it. Still not sure if they plug into a VP though but im sure someone here will know the answer to that. I think it will but post the question to someone who sounds experienced enough to answer it and i will do the same. Hopefully we will have an answer in a day or two. cheers.
Ps: claimed minimal increase of 15 horsepower but i heard some VN's/VP's have had increases of 25-30 horses depending on how good ur exhaust system and cold air induction is i guess.

yes it is an aftermarket upgrade performance chip which plugs straight into your original computer. For the chip to work to its full potential, you should have a good exhaust and cold air intake and filter on your car. Extractors are the best mod once you get this chip also. What mods have you got already or what have you planned to do to it?
