VN roof repairs

Hey there,

the roof on my vn has been dented by some numbskull pretty bad, there are dents over the whole roof i have taken the roof lining out and pushed out the ones i could. my question now is how do i fix the rest of them? i have been told i could bog it which i am leaning towards but i am just looking for other methods before i start.

how big are they mate you could do the heat and freeze method where you heat it up and shrink it with ice or frozen rags to pop them out this method works quite well i done a corolla's roof with this method with great results can you put up some pics of the damage to assist with me suggesting other way's
