vn-vp wagon front shock inserts different size to sedan ?

HI can anyone help me on data to show shock shop that the vn-vp station wagon front inserts shocks are longer in the body then the sedan as i brought a second hand set that were new last year went to put them in my vp wagon and they were to short in the body off insert we had to make up spacers to make them fit , i have just brought vn wagon need inserts dont want go down same track again does anyone know off any info on this i can show outfits im gona get new shocks off, i wnt to repco there info on screen says they same as sedan very confusing just want get correct inserts please help me

Use full stops and grammar, seriously. Don't really know what your question is.

Sedan and wagons should have the same front. Got no idea why Holden would spend extra cash by giving the wagon and sedans different geometry at the front.
