    hey all,

was just wondering if it is possible to put a whole vn/p interior into a vr/s?
will the dash just fit sraight in or will there be alot of messing around?

    thanks Ben

i would imagine its possible, but im confused.... why?

also cluster and controls might need re-jigging ( indicator stalk etc )

i love the shape and what u can do with a vr/s but i just cant stand the whole dash and interior cos to me it looks so cheap and reminds me too much of a taxi, i prefer a vn/p interior anyday over the vr/s

Wiring for the dash will probably be your biggest issue. It may help to speak to someone who's done the conversion the other way i.e. VR/S interior into VN.

I think it's the other way around. The VN/VP looks cheap and nasty. Just re-trim the VS in a different colour. Pad the console, and change the colour scheme or something. You can modify it to suit yourself and get it looking nice.

I agree, why go back in time, I reckon the VR/S interior is much more modern.

lol its not the colour, its the shape of the dash that just looks really ugly and plain, the only ones that look decent are the statto's cos they have the better curves

If it was me n i wanted a change i would get a stato dash fitted, much much nicer than the base models, alot easier to swap.
