Hi, this is Carlos from Brazil.
I have a 2005 vz 3.6 and the voltage on the pump wire is 19 V. I believe it should be a constant 12 V. Can anyone confirm what the voltage is at your fuel pump fuse?

What’s the voltage between the positive and negative battery terminals?

Your alternator is likely stuffed and overcharging the battery.

The voltages are:
-Battery without alternator operation: 12.16V;
-Battery with alternator operation: 14:17 V;
-Pump fuse: 19.20 V.

When I turn on everything in the car (headlights and air conditioning) the voltage at the pump fuse drops to 17.50V and the battery voltage drops to 13.50V.

How are you getting more volts than the battery produces?

has someone for some reason fitted a voltage booster for the pump ? they normally arnt on all the time but can boost it like that but if ur not modded enough to need the extra pump flow im not sure why it would be doing that
