So the night of posting my rims for sale i sold both sets of GTS rims! Guess i sold them to cheap of well just wanted them sold
Into my stash of wheels i have put stock Thunder rims back on till the weekend. Doesnt look to bad

 

Its monday time to update my last few weekends work
My Rockford speakers in my doors had stopped working just out of warrantly ( My luck )
I replaced them with some Soundstream speakers and are real happy. Made some propper door spacers this time




Was time to rip the tray out to adjust the dampening. Spoke the owner of K-Sports at Summernats and he told me the correct settings.
Didn't want to cut the tray but i ended up having to. Springs are now settled i will drop the front a but lower this week ready for a wheel aligment on Friday morning





I got my hands on some brand new clubsport seats chucked them in used them for a day. I liked them only issue i sat over the steering wheel so i sold them the next day.
Was planning on getting clubsport logo removed but as you can see plans changed


Heres the good stuff a little eye candy! I searched the land far and wide for these bloody wheels and finaly got my hands on some!

Im in love with these new SV rims! Big thanks to Matt for all the help with the wheels ill be hanging on to these for a very long time thats for sure

Due to some changes in my life i have decided to start all over again with a new job. The down side of this ill be taking a massive pay cut so unfortunately modding will be stopped for a while

I did pick up some used rotors for free off a mate so i can fit my SS brakes and get them painted other then that the Thunder will be coming to a slow stop.
I have a couple of little things i would like todo like install the brakes, Finish off the speaker pods for the back wall and is scheduled to have a front end respray next month but other then that it will be garaged and kept clean and depending how my new job plays out may be for sale once again ( hopefully not )

FFS!!! last week of driving the ute, Look behind me to a big flash, Cop ran a red light camera started to chase me.. No where to pull over except right out front of work



Done once again.. Accused of driving a V8 on my P's, Spotted my intake and put it as a performance modification along with my fog lights being on.
Also tells me he will be waiting on the side of the road in the next weeks wants the car raised, intake off and said about the wheels to big... Still have to wait for all the crap in the mail.
Lucky its my last week but i will be making my bay more stealth removing all the blue hosing and removing the growler sticker
But the ute will be off the road for a bit

 

Its been a while since I have logged on. Lifes need a little over the place at the moment
Got the ute back on the road and got around to cleaning up those SS brakes I picked up a while ago














Had a wheel alignment done and everything set on her right was just enjoying driving it as its now my weekend car. Yes slammed it even more...



Had the IQ changed to blue to match the dash after the volume control started playing up and replaced under warranty


Fitting some brand new genuine floor mats. Always wanted some just gives it that little extra touch that the rubber ones didn't have plus sliding all over the place

Ready for it to go bad? Driving the girlfriend home last Thursday night. Pulled into a RBT next thing i'm thrown across the bonnet and cars defected to the **** house. Not going to give full details tho I was given a IM240 along with it instantly removed from the roads. I don't care about plates showing anymore i'm no longer the owner but the car looks completely different ( rims, Hardtop and other things now removed. Wrapped ect ) as I keep getting hunted by the same cops so heres the last photos of what it half looks like before I hurt some eyes. I guess ill update later on how it all turns out

 

Rims are back on now, Have been driving a Prado and work car around it sucks

They are a joke over here just a shame they did what they did. Its awesome you say its your favourite VE puts a big smile on my face

White was fun tho cleaning them got old real fast plus I always like change
