keep vp clubsport with 140 thousand k’s original or modify it?? Thinking Engine work with charger plus supporting mods

At the end of the day it's your car. Do as you please. Most will tell you to keep it unmolested due to the rarity, others just want to see the build log.

If your not looking to sell it, then mod and enjoy it.

Modify it.
Some will say keep it stock. But to me 'keep it stock' should only be applied to the likes of 'group A' or 'gts-R' etc etc.

It will probably be harder to sell later if modify it but the end it's your car.

My old man always used to drill into me to keep something original for it's resale value.

My opinion is why would I want to spend all my time and effort keeping something prestine, low km and perfect condition for someone else? that defeats the purpose of owning it in the first place.

Do what YOU want with it and enjoy it.
