VP does not want to be fixed

Boys, I have had it with this stupid vehicle man It still is not right even after engine rebuild and almost everything new!

Having issues stalling and hearing pops from exhaust like keybanging, checked DFI plug seems fine, has same fuel pressure at all times, Will stall no matter what revs or speed or gear its in... wont stall so far after first 10 mins or so but seems to be getting worse.

Issue is very intermittent and happens seemingly at complete random with no space of time in between and runs fine between stutters

Update: tweaked fuel pressure at 1:1 adjustable reg - has no effect on issue if at 40psi or 60psi its the same, drop below 40psi and starts running **** of course as its below specified pressure so youde expect it.

So it will stall from first start until around 10mins then after that, it's better? or the other way round, fine for 10mins and then it starts playing up?

It runs fine on startup, get about 5 mins into running then stalls, runs garbo for few mins couple stalls like 2-3, then after that runs fine again the rest of the time

I'm feeling your pain, what sort of distributer do you have in there? I hope it's the original one and not some Malory crap. You could try another one just to rule that out. You need to be sure it's not an electrical problem first, hopefully you haven't missed something. Maybe hook it up to a diagnostic setup get an electronics guy to look at. If you find nothing start looking at the engine.

Heat related or tune related?

When first got vp fixed all broken things it ran OK bit felt should have been better....found out was like 9 different memcals/revisions even sv3800 tune although mine was corrupted aftermarket item came with car.

Each one car ran different ended up with custom memcal from pcmhacking peep then it ran nice.
