well my understanding on mufflers is:
'hotdogs' are whats known as straight thru
normal mufflers use reverse flow

wont bore you with the details, hotdogs should improve flow but are alot louder

a dog should be around $110 fitted from any exhaust shop basically they are a more straight through type muffler, they are basically a resonator all they really do is illiminate drone. on a stock car theres really no point in it
