Can someone please tell me what i am missing is it a T piece or even better tell me how to connect them please or a map thanks ask me anything if i have not put enough infomation here ..

Also the car is over heating when it is hot out side and the a/c is on i thought this could be due to the heater not being connected thanks.

You may find the heater has been by passed if the heater core has a leak in it. Or it may be that the heater hose split and they did a "bush" fix it job and never got around to fixing it proper.
