Hi all , hate to harp on it but i dont know enough about holdens. the story gos my vp auto let go, so smarty me thinks 5 speed. so i brought a getrag setup fro m a vs and with a lot of mucking around (making pedels / clutch cylinder) got it to work, so you can drive it. now for the BUT it has a massive vibration which im thinking is the flywheel mismatch, is there any way to get around this as i just carnt keep going im over it .dont know what to do.seems to good to part out.

The flywheel should really be mirror balanced to the old flex plate.

Vibration still there with the gearbox in neutral and vibration at is engine speed. Assuming the flywheel is correctly fitted this could be an unbalanced flywheel-you've gone this far with the conversion ,I'd get the flywheel lightened and balanced by someone that knows old Holdens.
