Hey everyone, im selling my VP Calais its a HSV (number 206) 180 kw V8, 197000 k's has a great motor runs perfect, auto is perfect with a stage two shift kit (shifts hard if pushed), lsd excellent, body needs some tlc, has some fading on bonnet and roof was resprayed without using undercoat, rear quarters have some dings (camera wont pick them up) left side barely noticeable, r/h sill is dented (see pic), its my daily driver and is more than presentable , its lowered has a redback sports exhaust (with the HSV headers), is very reliable, sounds fantastic, and looks great with the factory fog lights in the front.
Recently i have replaced many parts on it:
New windscreen and seal, power steering pump, new starter motor, new headlights / globes, front and rear discs and pads, new fuel pump, new coolant temp sender, inlet manifold and rocker cover gaskets, oxy sensor, knock sensor, link pins / bushes, spark plugs and leads, idle air control valve, and front wheel bearings, battery and engine mounts.
I have also replaced the roof lining, front king springs, fuel sender, put the cold air intake setup back on, and did a major service.
Will need to have engine oil leak and handbrake looked at for roadworthy, also the aircon needs regassing.
Reg expires on 19 July 2012, but selling WITHOUT rwc, so if car sells i wont suspend the reg but ill keep the plates here until a rwc slip is presented to me.
So once again car is being sold as is where is.
