useless things:

VP 5.0L fuel pump : same as the vn, vp, vr, vs 6 & 8 fuel pump (except long range tanks that use the same as a vl setup)
Bosch super plus spark plugs : not going to give you a performance enhancement, might last a bit longer than standard replacement.....

STAGE 4 performance MEMCAL : ebay special? is it tuned for the 70mm tb? it's not fast and the furious, memcals do not really come in stages, probably just going to use a bucket load more fuel and little performance enhancement...

Redback extractors - extractors are good
Redback 2.5" catback - better flowing exhaust is good
VP 5.0L fuel pump - probably no need for this or larger injector
70mm throttle body - the inlet of the manifold is 68mm so save your money and get a 65mm V8 TB, you'll get better throttle response but no power gain
Top gun 10mm pro racing ignition leads - no power gain
STAGE 4 performance MEMCAL - just buy a MACE or BT1 chip
Growler CAI - best value for money is a VS L67 CAI mine cost $70 back when I done it
Bosch super plus spark plugs - no power gain

Pretty much sum's up what your going to get and maybe a top of 120rwkw

All you will gain from the chip is better take off so your best bet is to make sure there is no slack on the accelerator cable if there is tighten it up and you will get that take off for free

Kia turbo + Holden badge, Chev badge in Texas
Around town, a sports exhaust will often give you worse economy.
Our vx v6 auto was averaging 17L/100km, with enclosed pod, 2.5" red-back exhaust, and 20" rims. That was driven by my other half who I generally have to coax to get her through an intersection - certainly not a lead foot.
And I'm a holden mechanic, the thing was over serviced and maintained (if there is such a thing). All new sensors and gaskets...

?..........sports exhaust?

Some light reading for you, start with a FULL SERVICE this will give you much better performance for starters:-

  • K&N Panel Air Filter (never change but do clean it with the K&N filter service cleaning kit every 6-12 months) equivalent to a Ryco A360 paper filter
  • Ryco fuel filter Z200 With Liqui Moly Fuel System Cleaner / Conditioner (Change every 12 months)
  • Nulon oil flush before each oil change then for re fill, Castrol GTX 20W - 50 with Liqui Moly MOS2 Anti-Friction oil additive (change every 6 months) plus a K&N Hi Flow Oil Filter each time or just a Ryco Z154 oil filter
  • DriveForce Ultra-Max 8.5mm Silicone Ignition Leads (haven’t changed these since 2007, TOP quality - I have a new set in the box sitting on the workbench which I will put in on the weekend with..
  • NGK Spark Plugs :- BPR6EFS-15 (Change every 8 months) No need for any other "so called" performance plugs
  • Transgold Auto Trans Filter Kit - KFS700, Valvoline Dextron III Auto Trans Fluid (every 12 months) or the Ryco RTK5 kit plus Dex III
  • New CPC Radiator Cap, Tridon Hi Flow Thermo - TT2003-195, Kilkenny Castings Manifold bung P/N : KC38MC [OEM is 92061300] & Thermo housing P/N : WO69
  • Nulon Radiator Flush & Clean, then re fill & bleed system with Tectaloy 60 Plus Radiator Coolant (change & flush system every 6-12 months) - this coolant does the job very well & is cost effective..
  • Replace all heating cooling rubber hoses where needed with Mackey OEM hoses & new Tridon clamps
  • Castrol Power Steering Fluid (check rack), Castrol Response Brake Fluid (bleed & refill system every 24 months) Do your research on upgrades etc start here :- VP Brake Upgrade?
  • Castrol SAF-XA Limited Slip Rear Axle Oil - 80W-140 (change Diff oil, I do every 24 months)
  • CRC Throttle Body Cleaner (every 6 months give TB a clean & related AI parts)
  • WD 3-In-One Contact Cleaner for electrical contacts, plus brakes & other areas where zero residue is paramount
