Memcal tunes for vn/p are junk even after all revisions in the tune from holden.I tried atleast 4 different versions even sv3800 tune was ordinary at best.
Got mine done from pcmhacking peep made it nicer to drive & economy was impressive

I have a Mace tune. Tune coupled with Pacies, Mace CAI, and hi ratio Mace rockers, plus 3.45s and it goes quite well for a V6.

Hi all just after some advice I got a VP of my dad and have done the following , replaced plugs,leads,coils, oil, filters all, brake fluid and coolant and all hoses.
It runs not to bad ,do these cars need a tune up by a mechanic.?

You have basically done the tune by replacing the bits, the ecu will do the rest, not worth paying a mechanic to do the same thing unless you have a specific issue. Carbi cleaner also works and probably cheaper than TB cleaner, basically the same sheet
