- VP V6 Column Shift Ute
G'Day Guys,
I have a column shift auto V6 VP ute that was in immaculate condition until it was stolen.
Amongst other things, they smashed several plastic components to get access to the barrell and to remove the stereo. As it is a column shift, these parts are a bugger to find.
Is anyone aware of anyone doing a swap from VP interior to VR/VS? This would be my first choice, I think. The VP interior is dated at best. Otherwise a source of interior plastic would be handy.
I'm in Adelaide, and have called Just Commodore Spares - they aren't able to help me.
I know it would be pretty easy to ditch the car, or just keep driving it as is, but my dad bought the car brand new and owned it for 17 years until I bought it off him (I'd had it for 1 month when it was stolen...) and I would really like it to be tidy. I really don't want to sell it.
Anyone here an interior guru?
Cheers,
Nick
