vp v6 lsd diffs ????

Ive got a vp exec non irs.. just wondering what LSD diffs can i use ? Been told v8 lsd will fit? Also would a factory lsd from a lexcen fit? To be clear im looking for one that will fit straight in withouth any dramas..been offered a vs lsd claims its non irs but arnt all vs irs?

There is a very extensive diff guide on here a search will find it. Lexen is just a rebadged commodore so it will fix
