VP v6 no spark at coils

hey guys I've searched plenty of other threads and there doesn't seem to be much ive missed just hoping someone can help.
i replaced my harmonic balancer then realise the cas got damaged so I replaced that too and had no spark at the coils. I've checked the earth's tried a different dfi module that is known to work, different coils, checked power to plugs for dfi and cleaned pins, got power to the cas plug but still no spark.
please help it's doing my head in

Start with the CAS and work back again,is it the correct one for the HB?,they changed midway thru VP production.
Check wiring around the DFI.....Good luck.

found a different cas and it worked but u got it started got to the lights about 20 meters away and it stalled out and now it will only occasionally actually start and runs rough blowing smoke and stalls but most of the time won't even start any help?
