A mate of mine needs to know if a Vr Crank,Cam shaft and Balance Shaft
Will Fit a Vp Motor Hes Doing up
Also Weve been informed the Vr Heads will definetly bolt straight on
If this isn't true We would like to hear about it

They are practically the same engine cept for little diffrences...the heads will go straight on but dinno bout the other stuff

I think they changed from rectangular ports to a rounder port in the Ecotec Dave, apparently the older rectangular VN-VR Heads allow for better porting which is pretty understandable. Other than valve spring and retainer differences from VN SI I'm pretty sure the VR Heads will bolt up just fine.
