Vr ABS

Hey Guys has anyone upgraded the original Abs pump from a vr ss have replaced 2 and both have failed! Any solutions

What keeps going on them?
Seems strange to me and I would say more likely to be external factor damaging them than them failing at random

One was originally stuffed when i brought the car the other one failed internally when i got it installed

I'm with Deuce, we need more information, what are you replacing (hydraulic component, electronic component, both?) and what do you mean by failing? Have you displayed your ABS error codes? If so, what was the result?

Holden was saying internally so guessing solenoids in the abs module/pump have fluid from m/c to abs but no fluid from abs to front brakes.
What can external factors can cause the abs to fail?

Probably heat. It's not common for them to fail so nobody has gone to the effort of try to upgrade the module. You say you took it to Holden, was the second one brand new?
