    I have a 1994 Lexcen Newport (Calais), it is my first car and i am looking for some basic upgrades that i can do to it. Would appreciate any input

    what kinda mods? engine, trans, bodywork, sounds, interior?
    gotta be a tad more specific

    Here is a start (very basic) and search the forum for more:

    + 2.5' catback exhaust (extractors if got cash)
    + K&N airfilter either with CAI or homemade CAI

    and just wondering (could be a dumb question), does your car have the 2.6ltr L6 motor?

    It is a 3.8l stock motor with a 2.25 inch sports exhaust without extractors, a kenwood sound system, 17 inch vx ss rims, LSD and full leather seats. Im looking for engine upgrades. Thanks for the help

    simple things - plugs, leads, rockers (easy but expensive), high flow air filter
    um.... too tired to think. I'l come back later with more
