You could try hitting the tank from underneath with a 2 x 1 with the ignition on. But not sure if that would work on a ute.
Thought the same, tank is in view, easy to get to, cheers.

Try uploading to a site like Imgur, otherwise just open it in Paint and use the resize button and make it smaller.

You say it's a steep driveway, how much fuel is in it, may not be enough for it to pick it up if it's on a steep slope. Try putting more fuel in it.

This actually looks awesome !. The only thing missing is the window extension surround molding.

So this one was originally an Ex Victoria Police ute that's been converted or even a sedan I'd say, not quite sure.

Has plenty of fuel? Tried starting on the flat but was parked behind neighbours car then 3 of us could only push it halfway back to where it needs to be :)

They didn't make a BT1 ute, sedan been cut and rear discarded. The BT1 cab then had new VS series 3 Statesman bonnet, guards, bumper and interior seats, door trims, console, steering wheel. The firewall is obviously original because tags still '94 BT1 and has the VR BT1 dash but Statesman glovebox n trim. They did a custom rear chassis to accommodate tray and 3 1/2 tonne tow capacity. Fixed axle, LSD with 4 link replaced the IRS. Check out "New One Tonner Company" FB page, cheers.

So maybe the title should read "VR BT1 Tonner (conversion) " ?

No Commodore has ever had a 3.5 ton towing capacity so I don't see how this could be rated for it?
