Vr commodore high idle in park low idle in drive

Hi guys I need help. 2 weeks ago my vr started idling high in park and neutral. In drive it idles low and stalls when I accelerate. Now this only happens when the car is at operating temperature. When the engine is cold it's fine.

I have replaced the plugs, leads, iac, tps, and a new coolant temperature sensor. New battery and alternator. Tried a few different camshaft sensors and I am still having issues. I have had the error codes reset after doing this but it only seems to last 10 minutes before it's back to playing up.

Any ideas or suggestions on what the issue might be. I am at a loss as to where next

 

No split in hoses. I am about to change intake manifold gasket and see if that does the job

 

Changed intake manifold gasket thermostat and thermostat gasket throttle body gasket air filter and still no change
