VR Commodore/lexcen... wreck?

I've got a '94 VR Lexcen / Commodore... Smashed up rear passenger quarter and the Windscreen/drivers windows/passengers windows are smashed in... Car is mostly stock, and like most other VR's the roof lining etc is falling apart... :rip:

is it worth parting it off? engine still runs fine etc... or should i just take it straight to wreckers? how much would i get either way?

buy one with a rooted engine and swap them over and anything else thats good, then wreck it.
