VR cruise not working

Need to figure out why my cruise is not working. I have a pretty new stalk. The green cruise light comes on but the yellow cruise set light doesn't. This means it won't set and hold the speed. Both brake lights are working.

Yeah I was doing 110 on the highway.

I tried the search and it said error no results. Which is really weird im sure this is a fairly common issue, surely?

Brake switch adjustment issue?
Try lifting brake pedal with your toe while pressing set and see if the second light comes on

they have a second switch that controls the cruise - it's not the brake light switch.

I've had this issue before and it was a bulb.
My new issue is cruise will set or decel (bottom button). But cannt resume or accel (top button).

Does eveyone think this is the stalk?

Sounds like faulty stalk, maybe try a circuit tester on the wires to it to eliminate the possibility.

I'll give that a shot one day.

When i first got my car in 2012 my cruise never worked. Pulled the stalk off to find all the wires broken - soldered new wire in and it's been great ever since.
