VR Engine Bay FuseBox Fuse Identification

Hi,
Can someone please help me identify what the fuses are for in the fuse box in the engine bay. It has flat fuses and relays, a previous owner has painted the lid which has remove any reference to what the fuses are for. Its the 5 flat fuses that i want to know are used for.

sorry to rehash this, but my lighters arent working (i have a vr stato so there is 2) what fuse do i replace to test if it is infact the fuse?

also, my elec mirrors dont move. fuse or wiring or something else?
