lol im not saying you shouldnt get two hotdogs... just telling you it wont be legal... in my opinion it'll sound nice with 2 hotdogs.. it might drone slightly though... my exhaust set up is hurricane headers, standard cat and 2.5" catback with straight through rear muffler only.. sounds better than any VR ive ever heard i reckon =D lol... loud as **** when you put your foot down but i can drive it quietly too

Ah k, gotcha so your saying that two hotdogs wont muffle anywhere near as much as your straight through rear muffler? All i currently have is the centre muffler and well would like a little bit more noise :yeah:

So you saying next step is getting a small muffler and a hotdog pretty much?

    Thanks again M8

I am looking at keeping this system affordable and as such the high flow cat and extractors will have to wait so am looking at a 2.5inch system but undecided on the mufflers/hotdogs setup.

i recommend just getting a straight through rear muffler as to me this sounds best.. two hot dogs would also sound good but a bit louder and not as deep...
if you get pulled over cops can easily see the rear muffler and will just assume you have a front muffler if you have a rear one... lol thats my logic anyway...
eitherway man if you want your V6 to sound better than all your mates V6's get a big cam and machine your heads for higher compression =P... sounds awsome... look on youtube for cammed V6s or V6 camaro which is basically the same engine and you wont believe how good they sound:p

    cheers mate
