    hey guys,
i have a vr sedan and the gearbox is heaps slow when i put it into gear but isnt too bad when driving
i was wondering what the problem might be?
my mates said its stuffed but im looking for a second oppinon
also my drive shaft has alot of play in it and i was wondering if anyone new what that meant.
and i was wondering what the cost would be to fix both these things?

Check the fluid in your gearbox, it might be old or low.

Play in your driveshaft will be worn uni joints or CV joint. If its a uni joint theyre pretty cheap ($30-40) and easy to replace. CV joints are a bit harder and more costly ($150-200), especially if the centre bearing needs replacing too.
