vr heating problems

So my heating wasnt working I changed colant an flushed system after that I ran the engine for bout 20 mins felt all heating hoses an there hot checked the heater core pips there hot but the heaters still not pumping out hot air what could this be.

Heater is blocked, if your fans working and heater tap is opening. Heaters wont work if you don't have a thermostat aswell.
