so improved economy? Or bang for buck probably not worth it?

Depending on how good or bad the original injectors are it may well be worth while. Some of the best gains on our old VS and current VX was new injectors as both cars had sick injectors that caused weird symptoms with tuning. Between the new or upgraded injectors and new O2 sensors they never ran better.

I will keep that in mind Immortality. Might look for a SH set of VY injectors to have recoed at some point.

I always throw the bellmouth in the bin ide rather a couple of lean cylinders cruising than at full throttle

So street driving removing the BM will do little to nothing?

I'll still leave mine in then, flooring it at the lights is for P Platers and Turbo Ricers that like the whistling sound of their buses. I'll stick with proper upgrades like CAI and some HRR's.

Oh yep, im doing as much little thing as i can for my vr so i can learn on my Ls with a semi good car, properly stupid to make it more powerful but hey i can always cam it

You wouldn't cam a Buick cost wise not worth it unless you were using it as race car. LS1 High Ratio Roller Rockers are easier to fit and give good gains and for way less cost.

What CAI do you have? Some are better than others is all. If you don't have extractors a set of Pacemakers would be the next thing to fit. You can often find them SH. Quick bead blast and some flame proof paint and you're laughing.
