Hey guys,
Am about to go through a Safety Cert on a VR V8 Ute.
Like a lot of other VR and VS utes, it has a considerable fuel smell in the cabin. I am going through the motions of fixing it - checking injectors, oxygen sensors, tank overflow lines, pressure test tank etc.
My question is: Will the fuel smell affect roadworthy / safety cert. The ute has no immediate signs of fuel leaks etc, just the smell.
I will obviously fix it in the long run but am just trying to get it through safety cert in the meantime.
Cheers guys
